AAFB Airman facing court martial in sexual assault

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE — The case of an Altus AFB Airman facing charges under the Uniform Code of Military Justice was scheduled to go to a General Court-Martial at 8 a.m. this morning on Altus Air Force Base.

Airman First Class Brandon Cutrer is charged with violation of Article 120, sexual assault. Cutrer is assigned to the 97th Training Squadron at Altus Air Force Base. He was immediately removed from training when OSI began an investigation.

Charges were preferred against the accused on June 12 of this year. An Article 32 Hearing was conducted July 10. Cutrer is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
