Hawk’s address topic will be “Owners vs. Renters.” Hawks website, www.HawksAgency.com, explains, “Frequently in organizations, people use the phrase “do you own the vision”? Or say things like “we own our decisions.” As an owner of several residential investment properties, Greg noticed a significant difference between someone who owns and someone who rents. There are several parallels in the workplace. Understanding those differences, helps you identify who truly is an Owner. Also, identifying Renters and knowing how to convert them is vital for building strong teams and long term employees.
Topic outcomes include: understanding the five distinct differences between an Owner and a Renter; discovering the process of converting Renters to Owners and realizing the way to hire Owners.
With a leadership portfolio that spans across both non-profit and for-profit worlds, Greg has spent his life investing in people. Through Hawks Agency he’s embraced his calling of challenging and empowering leaders, teams and organizations to reach for greatness.
His history is broadly dynamic. Speaking on platforms around the nation, creating mentoring networks, leading small and large teams, real estate investing, running summer camps, hosting leadership events and producing city-wide projects have equipped Greg to be uniquely qualified to serve his clients and their businesses.
