Before the regular meeting of the Altus City Council Tuesday night, the Altus Municipal Authority will meet in council chambers at 6:30 p.m.

AMA agenda items include those associated with claims for the new Altus City Hall and Safety Facility, as well as those related to the construction and renovation of Altus High School.

Items on the regular City Council agenda include a retirement item concerning Dwight Dennis, a parking ordinance change, surplus equipment, zoning classifications, and discussion of the city golf course.

In executive session, council members will discuss the post-determination hearing for Parks and Recreation Department’s Tommy Ballard, a litigation between Ralph and Margery Van Oostrum and the City, and the purchase of property at 511 S. Hudson (next to the new Municipal Complex).
