Jackson County Commissioners will meet in regular session on Monday, Sept. 14. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners office in the Jackson County courthouse.
The agenda includes a resolution for disposing of equipment, D323-0001, 1972 D-5 Caterpillar Dozer; District #3; and closing documents and receipt of proceeds of County property sold at public auction Aug. 15, 2015; 1503 N. Hudson, Altus.
Proposed project No. CIRB-233C(008)RB, Jackson County Road NS 210, State Job No. 28723(04), Impacting Lugert-Altus Irrigation District Canals, W.C. Austin Project, OK; District #2 will be considered, as well as proposed project No. CIRB-133C(095)RB, Jackson County Road NS 210, State Job No. 24970(08) Part 1, Impacting Lugert-Altus Irrigation District Canals, W.C. Austin Project, OK; District #2.
The 2016 REAP (Rural Economic Action Plan) grant application, resolution and inter-local agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and the Warren Community Volunteer Fire Department for specific appurtenances of a fire station will be considered, as will the same for the Friendship Volunteer Fire Department for equipment.
After claims and any new business, the meeting will adjourn.
