Pair of earthquakes rattle parts of Oklahoma

BLANCHARD — Two earthquakes have shaken parts of north and south central Oklahoma. The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a magnitude 3.2 quake Saturday morning about 9 miles south of Blanchard.
