Altus resident claims $40,000 winning scratcher

OKLAHOMA CITY – Altus resident, Colleen Dowdell, came forward at Lottery headquarters to claim her $40,000 winning Super 7s scratcher prize.

After taxes, Ms. Dowdell received a check for $28,400. The winning $5 scratcher was purchased at Stripes located at 1120 Falcon Rd in Altus.
