District Three DA Drug Task Force, Altus Police Department, Jackson County Sheriff, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, Harmon County Sheriff, Hollis Police Department and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol culminated an undercover narcotics operation early Friday morning with 11 arrests. According to District Attorney John Wampler, agents executed a search warrant at 1322 N. Crain in Altus.


Arrested and charged were Jason Tyler Nieto, age 21, one count of Distribution of CDS and Application to Accelerate Deferred Sentence; Julio Carreon, age 21, one count of Distribution of CDS; Racheal Gallardo, age 41, two counts of Distribution of CDS; Ricardo I. Castillo, age 52, one count of Distribution of CDS; Maria Esquivel, age 66, two counts of Distribution of CDS; Judy Gay Lane, age 53, one count of Distribution of CDS; Daniel Reyes Suniga, age 79, one count of Distribution of CDS; and Freddy Esquivel, age 45, two counts of Distribution of CDS and a Motion to Revoke Suspended Sentence.


Also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Comanche County was Devin Conway on a charge of Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Two other individuals, Encarnacion Castillo and Kevin Roy Benavidez were arrested on outstanding Jackson County and Altus Municipal Court warrants during the early morning raids..


Wampler stated that four other individuals are being sought on various CDS charges as a result of this investigation. They are Robert Slacke, age 42, of Blair, one count of Distribution of CDS; Melissa Ann Revilla, age 35, 1024 S. Park Lane, two counts of Distribution of CDS; Thomas Heath Hocker, age 36, Elmer, one count of Possession of CDS and one count of Possession of a Firearm after Conviction, as well as a Motion to Revoke Suspended Sentence and an Application to Accelerate Deferred Sentence.


Also being sought is Kelly Jean Cleveland, age 23, of Gould, on two counts of Distribution of CDS filed in Harmon County District Court. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of these individuals is encourage to contact Jackson County Crime Stoppers at 580-482-TIPS(8477) or their local law enforcement agency.


District Attorney Wampler said, “These arrests are a continuation of the stepped-up effort begun several months ago to hit street level drug dealers hard and bring them to justice. I appreciate the cooperation and combined effort by all the law enforcement agencies involved in this operation.”


The District Three Drug Task Force, now in its 21st year of operation is funded as part of the Byrne/JAG Federal Grant program.
