Howard states that tax payers can pay the first half by Dec.31 and second half by March 31, 2014, to avoid any interest. If no payments are received by Jan. 1, 2014, then intrest can being to accrue.
The Treasurers Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Their office will be closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, will be open on the morning of Monday, Dec. 23, and all day on New Year’s Eve.
