The 7th annual Kiowa County Land Judging Contest was held April 15 on the land belonging to John Hebensperger of Hobart, southeast of Hobart.
Two teams from the Altus area participated in the 4-H Division. Individual winners were: 1st place, Levi Muller, Altus 4-H from Navajo; 2nd place, Manuel Martinez, Altus 4-H exchange student from Spain; 3rd place, Winson Ma, Altus 4-H exchange student from China; 4th place, Luke Muller, Altus 4-H from Navajo; and 5th place, Ethan Moreau, Altus 4-H from Olustee.
Team winners in this division were: 1st place, Altus 4-H Ethan Moreau, Winson Ma, and Manuel Martinez. Second place, Levi Muller, Luke Muller and Erick Moreau.
