Norma Bowden Welty will be returning to Altus, OK, for a book signing at Hastings Books on Friday October 5 from 4 to 6 pm. Norma grew up a few miles from Altus in Duke, OK. Her book, THE DIRTY DAYS, describes her days growing up in the Oklahoma Dust Bowl during the Great Depression. It's her first novel, at age 87. Norma is excited to be "home" again and eager to see old friends and meet some who are new! Please stop by Hastings Books on October 5.
