Adams was born April 27, 1947 to George Adams Jr., and Flossie Marie (Reed) in Altus.
Adams loved to collect keys and locks, watch cartoons and baseball on TV and listen to Elvis Presley songs.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Flossie Marie Adams; grandmother, Lois Adams (who cared for him); grandfather, George Adams Sr.; grandparents, Jay and Velma Reed and niece, Amanda Adams.
He is survived by his father George Adams Jr., of Vernon, Texas; brother, Donald Lee Adams and wife Debbie of Blossom, Texas; niece, Angela Faye Adams of Blossom; nephew, Joseph Everett and wife Amber of Wichita Falls, Texas; and two uncles, Charles Lamb Adams of Lawton, and Grady Adams of Austin, Texas.
Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2005, at Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home. Online tributes can be made to the family of Denny Dean Adams at www.lowell-tims.com.
