The Altus High girls were first and boys second at the Riverside Indian School meet.
Julia Park led the way for Altus with a first place finish in the two mile run . She was times at 16.15.
Four others garnered medals including Brenda Ortiz, 4th, 16.54; Sicily Gonzalez, 6th, 17.11; Katherine Krawiety, 17.38 and Brittany Drewry, 19th, 18.36
Alan Ortiz paced the AHS boys with a third place finish. He had a time of 20.11 in the 5K run.
Three others medaled including Devin Huckaby, 7th, 20.54; Jose Martinez, 13th, 22.49 and Steen Dwyer, 16th, 23.07.
In the junior high meet both the Altus boys and girls place first in the team standing.
The AJH boys had seven that won medals for placing in the top 20 in the mile and a half run.
They included Isaiah Page, 3rd, 9.05; Danford Paet, 6th, 10.03; Ryan Oden, 8th, 16.14; Gabe Hernandez, 9th, 10.22; Mark Anthony, 11th, 10.32; Alex Krawiety, 12th, 10.37; Jesus Castro, 19th, 11.37.
The AJH girls eight earned medals.
They included Mary Ann Pratt, 2nd, 11.20; Olga Lopez, 6th, 12:09; Chelsea Kille, 8th, 11.11; Jimmie Kate Dollins, 9th, 12.15; Meghan Cole, 12th, 13.20; Chauncey Beckner, 13th, 13.25; Malea Gonzalez, 15th, 14.05; Marquel Stuart, 16th, 14.34.
