There’s a new club in town. It’s the “Blanket Club” held at Plantation Village Assisted Living in Altus. Family member Dianna Thompson is conducting this Blanket Club project. They will be making blankets for the pregnancy center and /or the hospital. The Blanket Club will meet at 11 a.m. on the first Monday of each month. Thompson said, “We invite anyone who wants to be a part to come join us. Crochet, quilt, fleece tie, whatever you like to do. We will make all kinds of blankets.”
