The Jackson County Commissioners will meet in regular session on Monday at 9 a.m. in the Commissioner’s office in the Jackson County Courthouse.
Items on the agenda include approval of last meeting minutes, reports, blanket purchase orders and supplemental appropriations for the month of January, and look at a resolution disposing of equipment that was declared junked.
Commissioners will also consider a request from Main Street Altus to use the courthouse parking lots for the Rock-N-Rumble Car Show & Cruise on May 3-5; for the Cotton Pickin’ Chili Cook-Off on Oct. 4-6; and the Candy Cane “Sweets”stakes on Dec. 20-22.
Commissioners will also open bids fora District #3 tractor and address any new business before approving claims.
