The Family Life Church is hosting CrossFire Gospel Band on Sunday, Aug. 19, at 10 a.m. CrossFire was formed at Skiatook Church of God in the mid-1990s. In 1998, they decided to disband to take care of their own home churches. Just this last January, the group decided to get back together after 14 years apart. The reponse to their music has been overwhelming, as they witnessed to others through their music.

CrossFire members include: Rodney McDonald (lead vocals), Rhona McDonald (backup vocals), David Patterson (banjo, dobro, mandolin, and electric guitar), Jaimi Patterson, (bass), Gene Patterson (acoustic guitar, keyboard), Jimmy Mason (bass) and Data, their drum-playing computer.

Family Life Church is located at 1901 Falcon Road, in Altus. For information, call the church office at 580-477-3020.
