Granite residents Landon Roberts, Jake Petzold and Joel Windle, and Phillip Gladbach of Hobart, all appeared in Greer County District Court this week after shooting up a car during a recent hunting trip.

The group admitted that they had been hunting and were intoxicated when they came across a camper’s vehicle and started taking turns shooting at it. They were arrested last Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Each are charged with felony conspiracy, use of a vehicle in the discharge of a weapon and malicious injury to property.

All four were booked and released on $5,000 bond, and a preliminary hearing conference has been set for Nov. 19.
