Parolee Graumann, 86, of Blair, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus. She was born Aug. 16, 1923, to Arthur Zills and Johnie (Alred) Zills and attended school at Koonkazashey and Lone Wolf.

She and Fred Graumann were married Aug. 24, 1940, by Pastor KSL Liemer. She was confirmed in 1941 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lone Wolf.

Four children were born to them: Freddie, Johnny, Larry, and Susan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred in 1984; three brothers, Arthur, Darris and Finis; five sisters, Zelia Pruitt, Ila Wilson, Carrie Hokett, Exsada Scarberry and Jeannine Goeringer.

Survivors include her sons, Freddie and wife Beverly of Blair, Johnny and wife Glenna of Blair, and Larry of Oklahoma City; and a daughter, Susan and husband Dennis of Blair. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and two great-great- grandchildren and many friends and relatives. The joy of her life was being with her family.

Services for Parolee Graumann will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lone Wolf officiated by B.J. Armstrong and the Rev. Ronald Boelte, Pastor, assisted by Nina Armstrong, Acolyte.

Burial will be at Lone Wolf Cemetery under the direction of People's Co-operative Funeral Home of Lone Wolf.

Family visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at People's Co-operative Funeral Home in Lone Wolf.
