Jackson County Commissioners approve CED Auction Policies

The Jackson County Commissioners held a regular meeting on Nov. 26 at 10 a.m.

They approved the minutes from last meeting, Nov. 19, with a minor correction.

There were no reports, Officers reports, or blanket purchase orders.

The commissioners approved, as presented, the Circuit Engineering District Auction Policies. The terms and conditions are in the policy, which is on file in the County Clerk’s Office.

They also approved, as presented, all agreements between Jackson County Tobacco Education Committee/Jackson County Health Department, hereinafter referred to as the Lead Agency, and the following individuals, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor: Stacy Cox, Lesley Wells, Jennifer Kerr, Nishelle Pendergraft, Sue Henthorn, Lisa Conner, Jereta Davis, Karyl Gray. The terms and conditions of the contracts are stated in the agreements, which are on file in the Jackson County Clerk’s Office.

The commissioners approved the request for an installation permit which states that Jackson County, Oklahoma, grantor, hereby grants to Clint Abernathy, grantee, permission to construct, install and maintain certain conservation practices on the County Section Line easement over and across the North side of SCR 210 and ECR 165 intersection in Jackson County Oklahoma. The conservation practices, terms and conditions are stated in the permit, which is also on file in the Jackson County Clerk’s office.

There was no new business.

The claims were approved before adjournment. The end of the month meeting is set for Friday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office of the Jackson County Courthouse.
