Funeral service for Lucille Duggins, age 81, of Tipton, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2007, at the First Baptist Church, Tipton, Oklahoma, with Rev. John Bright, First Assembly of God pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Duggins passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2007, at a Claremore, Oklahoma, hospital. Burial will be in the Tipton Municipal Cemetery, Tipton, Oklahoma, under the direction of Tipton Funeral Home.

Lucille was born February 7, 1926, to Wesley and Bennie Adams in Bennington, Oklahoma. She married Albert Johnson in 1953, and moved to Fort Worth, Texas, and made her home as a homemaker with her loving five children. When Albert passed away in 1965, she returned to Tipton, Oklahoma, where she worked as a home health worker for many years. She married Garland “John” Duggins in 1976; he preceded her in death in 1991.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Albert Johnson and John Duggins; three children: Bobby in 1972; Wayne “Nick” in 1990 and Wanda Fay in 1999; a grandson: Chris Henson in 2006; and eight brothers and sisters.

Survivors include two sons: Tommy Henson and wife Brenda, of Irving, Texas and Johnny Johnson and wife Vickie, of Inola, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; and two sisters: Wanda Lauderdale, of Wolf City, Texas and Jerry Klutts, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
