According to a Highway Patrol report, Tillison Rucker, 51, was driving a 2004 Ford pickup east on U.S. Highway 62 five miles east of town shortly after 2 p.m. when she felt a sharp pain in her side and ran off the roadway to the left.
Tillison overcorrected, reentered the highway and overcorrected again, then ran off the highway to the left and flipped a quarter time, coming to rest on the driver's side. She was pinned for 30 minutes before being freed by the Altus Fire Department.
Highway Patrol troopers from the Altus headquarters, Greer and Harmon counties responded, along with the Altus Fire Department.
