Jacqueline Bostic is shown in the fellowship hall while children pick out their toys during the recent “Smile For A Child” toy drive. St. John Baptist Church wishes to thank the community for making the drive successful. On Dec. 22 they gave toys, stocking stuffers, and grab bags to 200 children. On Dec. 29 they also lit up the faces of 25 boys and girls with bicycles donated by the Altus Police Department. Church representatives said that it has been a heartfelt holiday season due to the generous giving of time, treasurers, and the talents of others. “May God continue to bless you as you reach out and bless others,” they said.
