Lawton Eisenhower defeated Lawton MacArthur in overtime 22 to win the 22nd annual Lady Bulldog Classic on Saturday night.
In other games Altus defeated Iowa Park 45-35 for seventh place; Cache outlasted Oklahoma City Northwest Classen 75-41 in the third place game and Enid won the consolation title with a 56-25 win over Wichita Falls.
Eisenhower 26, MacArthur 22
Championship
It was the lowest scoring final in the history of the tournament.
In the third quarter Ike went into a stall game with a four point lead. The Lady Eagles ran off 5:30 of the clock and led 15-13 going into the final.
MacArthur rallied and led 19-15 with less than two minutes remaining and they had possession of the ball. But thanks to a Mac turnover, 3-point shot by McKenzie Madigan and another field goal by Nikki Smith, the Lady Eagles out scored their cross town rivals and sent the game to overtime.
Brianna Underwood scored 10 points for Eisenhower. MacArthur was led by Paj Jackson who had seven points.
Altus 45, Iowa Park 35
7th place
Altus scored the first six points of the game. The Lady Bulldogs held a 20 point lead at one time before an Iowa Park rally fell far short.
Carsyn King scored 13 points while Itiya Knight had 11 points for Altus. Halee Langen led Iowa Park with 12 points.
Enid 56, Wichita Falls 25
Third Place
It was no contest. Enid led 25-6 after one period and it was all down after that for the Pacers.
Courtney Chelf led Enid with 26 points while Abby Lee had 15 points. Alexis Reece paced the Lady Coyotes with seven points.
Cache 75, Northwest 41
Northwest led 19-11 after the first quarter. However, Cache outscored the Lady Knights 41-13 in the middle periods to take control.
Tori Hamilton led the way for Cache with 22 points. Tyritta Dixon led Northwest with 12 points.
