It was a frustrating night for the Altus High Lady Bulldogs. A talented Elgin basketball came to town Friday and dealt Altus a 51-26 loss.

Elgin scored on its first time down the floor and never trailed.

The Lady Owls led 21-6 at the end of the first period and that set the tone for the game.

Altus was led in scoring by Tisay Woodhouse and Breckyn Woodhouse who both scored six points.

Altus (4-14) will host Woodward in a 6:30 p.m. game on Tuesday.

It’s the final home game of the year and the seniors will be honored.
