New traffic lights going up
City of Altus Electric Department crews are seen here Thursday in the process of hanging the new traffic lights at the intersection of Park Avenue and East Broadway. The lights are being installed on wires instead of poles. Some traffic is being diverted during this process due to large utility trucks and workers at the intersection.
