Since 1965, our mission as a 501( C )3 private, non-profit agency has been to assist and empower low-income people in becoming self-sufficient and to benefit the entire community. Professional, courteous service is our commitment to you. We’re a community development organization that serves Jackson, Harmon, Greer, and Becham counties in Southwest Oklahoma. Our services include Head Start, Public Transportation, Senior Nutrition, RSVP, Training for adults with disabilities, Weatherization, Housing, Tobacco Use Prevention, RX for Oklahoma, Community Cupboard, and Emergency Assistance.
