Local firefighters help ‘Fill the Boot’ for MDA

The International Association of Fire Fighters Local 2749 has been collecting for Jerry’s kids for over 30 years now. Seen left to right are Larry Wallace, Brandon Burnam, Larry Moody, Chase Duncan, Howard Hicks, and David Monroe. Monroe is treasurer for the local and said this past Saturday they collected almost $4,000 for research and assistance for children with muscular dystrophy through the the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
