Industrial accident claims life of man working at Co-Op
An industrial accident has claimed the life of a Missouri man. Altus police responded to an accident Tuesday afternoon shortly before 3 p.m. at the Planters Co-Op, located at 1017 West Hardy. Granite cyclist hospitalized after hitting deer
Billy Don Waller, 30, of Granite, was driving a 2004 Honda motorcycle near CR 1320 on State Hwy 6 in Kiowa County Sunday when he hit a deer. According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Waller was south bound when he hit the deer.
