Junior High football camp set The Altus Bulldogs Junior High (7th through 9th grade) team camp has been scheduled for June 24-26. Cost is $30 and checks should be made out to Altus Football. Navajo Basketball Camp scheduled
The second annual Navajo Boys Basketball Camp has been scheduled for May 28-30. Cost is $40 and players may register the first day of the camp in the new gym lobby. Western baseball camp set
The Western Oklahoma State College Baseball Camp has been scheduled for June 3-6 at the Western baseball field. It will be from 9 a.m. until noon and is for players 5 to 16 years of age. A nifty pitching performance by Victor Mendez and Joan Pena lifted the Western Oklahoma State College Pioneers to a 3-1 victory over the Murray State Aggies. It was a needed outing after a lackluster performance in the first game of the doubleheader which resulted in a 10-3 loss.
