Altus trailed by three with one minute left but got a free throw and a layup from Kendra Nelms to push the game into the first overtime.
Altus and Ike scored three points each in the first overtime but the Lady Dawgs outscored Eisenhower 4-0 in the second overtime to take the victory 23-19.
Nelms accounted for 22 of the Lady Dawgs’ 23 points.
Next action for the Lady Dawgs will be Thursday when they enter the Weatherford Tournament.
