The Blair girls held a 46-39 lead heading into the final period, then outscored their hosts 16-9 to wrap up the win.
Ashlei Roberts and Jessica Lewis led the Lady Broncs with 17 points each and Jana Kenedy connected for 16. Ashton Rackliff added 10 to the Blair total.
Sentinel turned to the free throw line to defeat the Broncs.The Bulldogs hit 16 of 32 free throws while Blair was one of eight at the charity stripe.
Greg Daugherty led the Broncs in scoring with 23 points and Trent Staggs netted 13. Levi Rhodes tallied 28 points for Sentinel and Porfirio Orepeza had 13.
The Blair boys now stand at 5-2. The next action for the Blair teams will come on Friday when they host Indiahoma in a homecoming matchup.
