Blair School will have Kindergarten pre-enrollment on Wednesday, March 31. Time will be from 8 a.m. to noon. To pre-enroll a child in Kindergarten, a parent/guardian should bring the child's birth certificate showing a birth date on or before Sept. 1, 1999 and a copy of the child's immunization record.

The immunization record should indicate that the child has received 5 DPT or TD vaccines, 4 doses of Polio vaccine, 2 MMR vaccines, 2 Hepatitis A, 3 Hepatitis B, and 1 Varicella or history of Chicken Pox.

Even though a birth certificate may have been lost or all immunization requirements may not have been met, parents are still encouraged to pre-enroll their children on the designated date. Birth certificates may be brought later and shot records may be completed prior to the beginning of school in August.
