She was born June 9, 1925, to Isah and Dora Given Callins in Mangum. She married Frank "Bo" Smith in 1956 at Wellington, Texas. She lived in Mangum most of her life.
She was a homemaker.
Robbie is survived by her husband, Bo of Mangum; two children, Claudia Towery of Mangum, and Dorthy O'Neal of Hobart; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and two brothers, Isah Callins of Mangum, and Ira Callins of Tohoka; sister Florence Kilgore of Mangum.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and nine brothers and sisters .
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Greer Funeral Home in Mangum.
