Woodie Dean Gramling, 67, of Denton, Texas, died Monday morning at the Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. He was born Aug. 13, 1938, in Altus to Thomas Lee Gramling and Minnie Ethel Pistole Gramling. He served in the Army National Guard. He married Judy Bell on Aug. 27, 1965. He retired from the Denton Post Office. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Denton, Texas Baptist Men Association and was a Master Mason.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for visitation.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Denton with the Rev. Cliff Feeler officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife Judy Gramling of Denton; sons, Keith and wife Tammy Gramling of Denton, Steven and wife Sue Gramling of Krum, Texas, Greg and wife Kimberly Gramling of Rowlett; sister, Doris Taylor of Altus; brothers, T.L. Gramling of Altus, Clifton Gramling of Lawton, Gene Gramling of Fort Worth, Texas; and seven grandchildren, Michelle, Bailey, Garrett, Madison, Mackenzie, Morgan and Catelyn.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, and sister, Geneva Swanson.

DeBerry Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
