The message of the concert is one of appreciation for our military soldiers and their families.
Although the concert is free, donations will be accepted. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the local Armed Services YMCA at Altus Air Force Base.
“Dedicated to soldiers past, present and future, this concert will be a celebration of freedom, and a reminder to our military community of our deep appreciation for their sacrifice,” Moyers said.
Local sponsors for the event include Central Pharmacy, A Head of Times, First National Bank, Altus Times, Long John Silvers, Petal Pushers, KWHW, Radio Shack, Sears, United Supermarkets, Wilmes and Zales.
Door prizes will also be given during the event.
