The Altus Hispanic Association is seeking young ladies, ages 13 to 18, to participate in the 2006 Hispanic Heritage Month “Teen Queen” contest. Winner will be announced at the Sept. 16 Fiesta at the Altus City Park. Each girl will be responsible for a speech, a talent and to sell Mariachi tickets. Entry fee is $20.
