The physicals are for both boys and girls grades seven through 12 who will participate in fall sports.
Athletes must have their portion of the physicals form completed and signed by a parent before a physician will perform the physical. The forms will be available that afternoon or may be picked up at the AHS athletic department.
A student may not practice until a fiscal is on filed with his or her coach.
