Altus Church of Christ to hold 4th annual Health Fair

The Altus Church of Christ will be holding their 4th annual Health Fair, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Nov. 18 at the Altus Church of Christ building, 600 West Pecan Street.

Nnurses from the Jackson County Health Department and Jackson County Memorial Hospital will administer flu shots, tetanus booster shots, HIV testing (privately), TB scan, blood pressure readings, cholesterol and diabetes testing.

They will also be offering free good winter clothes, shoes, toys winter coats and baby clothes. Their theme for this year's fair is “What you don't know CAN kill you - but thank God fore warned is fore armed." Knowledge is power and early detection can help you have the life you were meant to live.

All services are free and everyone is invited.
