The Jackson County Extension Office and Southwest Technology Center will offer a commodity market meeting Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Southwest Technology Center, Room 122.

Discussion leaders will be Dr. Kim Anderson, OSU Extension grain marketing specialist and Dr. Darrell Peel, OSU Extension livestock marketing specialist.

Topics addressed will be the commodity markets. These meetings are designed to foster a better understanding of how the market operates and how to best utilize the market.

Therefore, the novice to the expert will find useful information at these meetings.

A light free lunch will be served. Lunches for this event have been sponsored by various agriculture financial institutions in Altus.
