Lady Bulldog Classic unfurls Thursday

The 16th annual Lady Bulldog Classic gets under way on Thursday at Cletus B.Street Fieldhouse.

Twelve games will be played in three days.

Defending champion Chickasha will meet Iowa Park, Texas in the tournament opener at 3:30 p.m. It will be followed at 5 p.m. with the Yukon-Wichita Falls, Texas matchup. Coach Vickie Roop's Altus High Lady Bulldogs will take the floor at 6:30 p.m. when they face Childress, Texas. In the night cap pre tournament favorite Oklahoma City Southeast will meet Enid at 8p.m.

The Altus-Childress winner will face the Chickasha Iowa Park winner at 6:30 p.m. Friday while the Yukon-Wichita Falls and Enid-Oklahoma City Southeast winners play at 8 p.m. Friday. Friday consolation games will be played at 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

The finals are slated for 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Games begin at 1 p.m. that day.
