Molly Wakeman scored 13 points while Janelle Durrough had 11 points.
AHS was defeated 54-22 by Elgin.
Durrough led Altus in scoring with 13 points.
“We were just outmanned by a better team.” coach James LeGrand said. “They were bigger, more physical and shot the ball extremely well. Our kids will work to get better and we're going to improve every time we go out.”
