Graveside service for Janie Kay Foley, age 62, of Frederick will be at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at the Faxon Cemetery with Rev. Tom Peevyhouse officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Ms. Foley passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Memorial Hospital in Frederick.

Janie Kay Foley was born on November 4, 1944 in Inglewood, California to Paul Albert and Rosie Trueseal (McClain) Foley. She graduated from Norbonne High School in Lomita, California. She had worked as a bookkeeper for trucking companies. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Frederick.

She is survived by her mother of Frederick; three sisters: Jacquetta Cawood of Temecula, California, Jackie Van Linn of Mesia, Texas and Paula Carlson of Hilliard, Ohio; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; one brother: Jerry Foley and one sister: Gloria Foley.
