According to reports, Farr, 16, was west bound in a 1996 Chevy pickup on a Jackson County road six miles eat of US 283 and 1 mile north of State Highway 19 and 1/8 mile east when came to a off set iin the road at an intersection. He impacted the ditch and rolled 1 3/4 times.
Farr was partially ejected from the vehicle through the driver's window and was pinned under the vehicle, but was removed by friends.
Also in the vehicle was Jackob A. McGregor, 16, of Blair, and Richard C. Reynolds, 20, of Blair.
McGregor was transported to Jackson County Memorial Hospital by Jackson County EMS and was admitted in stable condition with head, trunk internal and external and leg injuries.
Reynolds was also transported to Jackson County Memorial Hospital by Jackson County EMS where he was air evacuated to the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City with internal injuries, but in stable condition.
Seat belts were equipped in the vehicle, but not in use.
The accident was investigated by Lt. George Dickerson #144 of Troop M headquarters and was assisted by Lt. Mile Holloway #144 of Troop M headquarters, Trooper George Hoyle #500 of the Kiowa County detachement, Trooper Scott Hazel #907 of the Tillman County detachment, Jackson County Sheriff's Department and the Jackson County EMS.
Funeral services for Arr are pending with Lowell-Tims Funeral Home in Altus.
