The Blair Broncs narrowly missed sweeping a pair of games at Hammon on Tuesday afternoon.

Blair blasted Erick-Sweetwater 18-0 but lost a heartbreaker to Hammon-Arapaho 6-5.

Walks and errors plagued the Erick-Sweetwater game which ended after three innings because of the run rule.

John Campbell, Ryan Kornick, Wes Elliott, Bryan Waldron and Brendon Tyner each had one hit.

Elliott was the winning pitcher.

The Broncs had a 5-3 lead going into the final inning but Hammon-Arapaho rallied for three runs to pull the game out.

Cade McKee led Blair with two hits and a run batted in. Campbell had a hit with two runs batted in and Kornick had a double and an RBI.
