“A man that had his home burglarized last week saw the suspects leaving a house that he knew they didn't belong at,” said Jackson County Sheriff Roger Levick. “So he began following them and then called us.”

The witness kept the vehicle in sight for several miles, helping authorities catch up to the group on County Road 194 about three miles from Duke.

“Deputies took one of the suspects into custody at the scene, but the other three took off into the fields,” Levick said.

All units were searching for the suspects around noon Monday. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol assisted in the search, and the K-9 unit arrived on the scene about the time the last suspect was rounded up.

Those arrested were Billy Ray Henry, 43, of 701 W. B in Altus, Deborah Hernandez, 35, of 705 W. B in Altus, Juan Vickers, 20, of 705 W. B in Altus, and Angel Vincent, 26, of San Antonio, Texas.

Stolen property was found in the vehicle and all four suspects were arrested on 2nd degree burglary charges.
