The schedule for the Altus/Jackson County Centennial Celebration scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11, includes the laying of wreaths to be held at 11 a.m. at the Museum of Western Prairie at the War Memorial. Other activities include:

11:30 a.m.--Dedication of second monolith of Centennial Grove Honoring Veterans-Altus City Cemetery, east side in Veterans Drive median

Noon --Dinner for public--VFW Lodge, Veterans Drive

12: 30 p.m.--Aldonian Club dinner (by invitation only) honoring Centennial Memorial donors, private viewing of Memorial Center-Altus City Cemetery, south side

2 p.m.-Altus/Jackson County Centennial Celebration for the public, dedication of Centennial Memorial Center, tours of the memorial, sale of the Book of Remembrance -Altus City Cemetery, south side
