ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – The Air Force’s premier entertainment showcase, Tops in Blue, will perform “Rhythm Nation” 8:30 to 10 p.m., Aug. 28 at Wings of Freedom Park on Altus Air Force Base.

This is the 55th year the group has trekked to Altus to perform for Airmen, their families and the local community. The concert is free of charge and does not require tickets.

The Main Gate will open to the public for the performance at 7:30 p.m. and can be accessed via Falcon Road. Those with Department of Defense identification cards are requested to enter through the Jasmine Gate to help reduce traffic at the main gate. Community members without DOD ID cards are not authorized to enter through the Jasmine Gate.

Drinks and light refreshments will be available for sale prior to the concert at Club Altus. Water will be provided at the concert for free. Patrons are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
