Mayor T. L. Gramling will make several presentations to various members of the community during a regular meeting of the Altus City Council on Tuesday evening in Council Chambers.

Minnie Montgomery will be honored with a Special Person Award and Officer Rusty Williams will be presented with a commendation letter from the Mayor.

Agenda items to be discussed include approving a resolution to show local support for the proposal by Ridgecrest Apts. Limited Partnership to substantially rehabilitate 62 units at Ridgecrest Apts., as well as voting on whether or not to enter into an agreement with SWODA for an updated, previously conducted Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and authorize the Mayor to sign on behalf of the city.

An executive session is also scheduled in which the board will discuss annual evaluations for the city’s Airport Director and Utility Manager, in addition to a pending tort claim filed by Cynthia Reynolds-Lansdale and Kenneth and Lois Reynolds in the amount of $50-$75.
