Phillips, a resident of Elk City, will be available to sign copies of his Christian Life book, “Holy Spirit Unveiled: A Revelation in God's Time.”
In the book, Phillips writes how God displays his miraculous healing powers and divine intervention, carrying a young boy through a childhood embattled with sexual abuse and alcoholism. Surviving the seemingly impossible, this child enters into adulthood carrying the scars of a war-torn soldier.
In “Holy Spirit Unveiled: A Revelation in God's Time,” Phillips takes readers down his tumultuous path to discovering God.
