According to reports, Bernal was a houseguest Monday night at the boy's residence when the incident occurred, but the boy waited until after school the next day when Bernal was no longer home to tell his mother.
According tot he Oklahoma Supreme Court Web Network, Bernal could face a minimum of 5 years imprisonment with the Department of Corrections, to a maximum death penalty if convicted of 1st degree rape.
