The Altus Municipal Authority (AMA) and the City Council will meet Tuesday, March 20 at 6:30 p.m. The will consider, in addition to the consent agenda, a water tap four miles south of the City on the “Round Timber” water line. They will also discuss this water line as to a possible relocation of the turn-off to Elmer, possible downsizing of the line from the Elmer turn-off north, and possible abandoning a line south of the Elmer turn-off.

During the Council meeting, in addition to normal business, including the consent agenda, the council will consider a Fair Housing program for the City of Altus. The new FEMA Flood Plain maps may be adopted. A companion item from the AMA concerning the changes to Round Timber water line will also be discussed.

Mayor David Webb may make appointments, and give reports or comments. City Administrator Elizabeth Gray and City Council members may make comments and reports before the meeting adjourns.
